These terms govern your use of the Gozo Chemists website and booking platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or booking an appointment.
Last updated 21 April 2026These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Gozo Chemists website, booking platform, and any related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of someone else (for example a dependent), you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Appointments for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian using their own account.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that takes place under your account. Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.
The booking platform lets you request an appointment with one of our professionals. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation page with a reference number and, where applicable, a confirmation email.
You agree to:
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on your ability to book future appointments.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment from your dashboard up until the cancellation window for that service. After that point, please contact the clinic directly. Depending on the service, late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, which will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking.
The prices shown on service pages are indicative starting prices. The final price may vary depending on the nature of the consultation. Any amounts due are communicated before your appointment and, where paid online, processed through our payment provider. Receipts are available from your dashboard.
The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
In the event of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately. Do not rely on the booking platform for urgent care.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by Gozo Chemists or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gozo Chemists is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used to harm others. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of Malta, unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated in advance where possible. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If anything here is unclear, reach out at gozo.chemists@gmail.com and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
